In the documentary the band travelled along the incredible Irish coastline and met with some of Ireland’s leading marine biologists\, researchers\, campaigners and volunteers to discover the real impacts of plastic in our oceans and what it means for the future of all life on our planet.”

DESCRIPTION:The Clean Coasts Roadshow is a series of talks and workshops taking place all along the coast of Ireland. \nWhere: Halla an Phoball\, Church Street\, Milltown Malbay \nWhen: 26th February at 7:30 pm \nFor this event\, we are delighted to bring you: \nDr. Eugene Farrell from NUIG will speak about climate impacts and climate resilience. A short interactive workshop will be done with those attending from local communities in west Clare (Doonbeg – Doughmore – Spanish Point – Lahinch) to identify the short- and long-term problems in the region and to look at possible local solutions. \nMartha Farrell from Maharees Conservation Association will speak about coastal erosion issues in the Maharees\, West Kerry and the actions taken by the local community there to mitigate these issues. \nThis event is in conjunction with Wild About Milltown Malbay.
