Clean Coasts in partnership with Irish Water invite you to celebrate World Toilet Day with the launch of the Think Before You Flush community initiative for Galway City.

The event will take place at Galway Atlantaquaria at 1pm on 19th November.

Galway City has been chosen as the first Think Before You Flush community in Ireland. The initiative aims to empower the community to protect our local beaches from unwanted sewage related litter and minimise the impact of sewage related litter on wastewater systems.

You will have the opportunity to find out more about Think Before You Flush from the Clean Coasts team, meet like-minded stakeholders in the community as well as pick up resources.

Refreshments will also be served.
