Clean Coasts Roadshow in Waterford

Clean Coasts are delighted to announce the Clean Coasts Roadshow which will be running at various locations around the coast of Ireland. It aims to bring together all those with an interest in protecting their local beaches, seas and marine life.

The Waterford Stop will take place on Tuesday 10th March at National Lifeguard Training Centre, Tramore from 7pm.

A flavour of some of the speakers:

  • Susan Vickers – Clean Coasts
  • Heidi Acampora – GMIT’s Marine and Freshwater Research Centre. “Ingestion of plastics by seabirds”
  • Waterford Institute of Technology – Marine Research
  • Waterford County Council
  • Clean Coast Groups
  • Grace O’Sullivan – ecologist
