The Clean Coasts Roadshow is a series of talks and workshops taking place all along the coast of Ireland.

For this event, we are delighted to bring you:

Dr. Eugene Farrell from NUIG will speak about climate impacts and climate resilience. A short interactive workshop will be done with those attending from local communities in west Clare (Doonbeg – Doughmore – Spanish Point – Lahinch) to identify the short- and long-term problems in the region and to look at possible local solutions.

Martha Farrell from Maharees Conservation Association will speak about coastal erosion issues in the Maharees, West Kerry and the actions taken by the local community there to mitigate these issues.

This event is in conjunction with Wild About Milltown Malbay.
