Join us on Wednesday 13th May at 7 pm for a virtual talk with Sandra Henry from the Cherish Project, as part of our Roadshow Series.

Changes to the Irish climate have been predicted to have significant implications for our built and archaeological heritage. After a short introduction about the work of Clean Coasts, Sandra will be talking on how climate change impacts on coastal heritage.

The talk will last approximately 20 minutes and it will be followed by a quick Q&A session and it will be hosted on Zoom. You have to register to receive the zoom link and it will be sent on the evening of the talk.

About Sandra Henry

Sandra is lead research archaeologist on the EU funded project CHERISH. Sandra’s role involves developing, guiding and initiating the data capture and research agenda of this collaborative project with Wales

Sandra obtained a B.A. degree in archaeology and classical studies from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and an M.A. in maritime archaeology, at the University of Southern Denmark, Esbjerg. Sandra has worked as a maritime archaeologist in various capacities including research, commercially, and public bodies.
