Clare Water Safety have asked members to assemble at 12 noon in Whitestrand, Miltown Malbay – at the new training centre.

The plan is to start with a beach clean. The local scouts, who use the training centre during the winter have been asked to partake in the cleanup too.

• 12 noon – beach clean
• 1.30pm / 2pm – surf lifesaving competition, fun events
• 3pm  – BBQ (weather permitting)
